For your domain to point to our server, please change the DNS entries of your domain to:

NS3.DREAMCODEHOSTING.COM
NS4.DREAMCODEHOSTING.COM

NOTE: The DNS information above are for our Windows Hosting only. Our UNIX Hosting has different DNS information. Please do not use the above DNS information if you have a UNIX account with us. Currently, we are using anonymous namservers for our UNIX. But it will be replace soon with our own NS1 and NS2 nameservers.

What directory in my Windows account will I upload my files into?
When you login to our account via FTP, you will see a directory named after your domain. So if you have yourname.com, you will also have a directory called yourname.com. Upload your files into this directory.

Can you give descriptions to the contents of my Home or Root Directory?
When you login to yout account via FTP, you will see the following directories:

yourname.com - this is where you will upload your files that you want to be accessible in the internet.
logs - It contains directories for every site with transfer log enabled. Each such directory contains its own set of log files that are required to write and read the data about all visits to your sites.
subdomain.yourname.com - when you create a subdomain in your account, this new directory will also be created. This is where you will upload your files that should contain your subdomain site.

Warning: Don't delete ANY default directories in your root directory, as this will cause malfunctions of your acount. As a rule of thumb, you may delete only directories and files you have uploaded yourselves or that have been uploaded by any of your Virtual FTP users.
